· 1/2 part Brandy - Cognac · 1/2 part Cointreau · 1 part Egg Liqueur · 3 parts Whipped Cream · 1 tablespoon Ice Cream Vanilla · Chocolate
Preparation
Put the ice cream in a glass. Shake the brandy, the liqueur, the egg, the Cointreau and the Cream along with the ice cubes and let them drain onto the ice cream.
